Hi! We are Mr. Billy and Mrs. Laura Miller. We co-own and co-direct Oak Creek School. We have been married and in business together for 20 years. We have been blessed with 2 wonderful children; Mackenzie who is in college at Stephen F. Austin working on her secondary education degree and Addison who is a junior in high school and trying to determine his college career. We also have 2 Boston Terriers and 3 cats.
When we are not having fun at Oak Creek School we are experiencing the different flavors life has to offer. Billy enjoys hunting, canoeing, writing, garage sale-ing or playing guitar. Laura enjoys home decor, fashion, travel and finding new fun things to do in Dallas.
We have been participating in families most important challenge - teaching a child -at Oak Creek since 2003 (Laura has been in the industry since 1998). We really enjoy the satisfaction of helping kids begin their journey into life with a solid foundation of learning and laughter. We consider our place at Oak Creek a blessing. Helping the children at Oak Creek School develop the skills both in their heart and mind answers a calling that is unique in life and we are grateful to be placed where we are.

Hi! My name is Taylor Barron. I began my career at Oak Creek School in 2006. I started at OCS as an After Schooler teacher, teaching kids ages 6-12. I soon became the AS Supervisor. In time a position in the kitchen became available so I decided to expand my learning into the world of child care culinary arts. Once I mastered the kitchen I was offered an office position as the assistant the to the Directors/Owners of Oak Creek School
I love people and this opportunity allows me to have fun while serving families too. My hobbies are country dancing, swimming and thrift store shopping. I have also completed cosmetology school, so cutting hair is another on of my fields of expertise.
