I came in today to take a tour around Oak Creek School, and I was definitely happy with with my experience. Safety and cleanliness are two of my major concerns when it comes to choosing a child care facility for my daughter. I really liked that their door was locked, it is sad to say but with the way things are now, having that door locked already made me feel safe here. Cleanliness, I understand with some many kids it is hard to keep it clean. When I came in the carpets were clean, tables were wiped down, and in each room everything had a place. My next factor when choosing a facility is curriculum. When I came in, one of the first things I heard was singing. They use a frog street curriculum that involves and singing to learn how to spell, write, etc. It was really great to see teachers ACTUALLY teaching! I’m not looking for a place where my daughter watches TV. My overall experience was more than I expected. Mr. Billy, and Ms. Olivia both introduced themselves properly and did everything possible to make sure I felt comfortable bringing my child here. Lets just say, my daughter starts tomorrow, but she cried when she left because she wanted to start today!
